No Returns on Perishable Goods
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges on herbs, sea moss, detox kits, capsules, teas, or any food-based items once they have left our facility.
This policy helps us maintain high quality standards and ensures every customer receives products that are safe, fresh, and uncompromised.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will replace the affected item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs hold-ups, or lost international packages caused by postal or courier services.
If your tracking number shows no movement for an extended period, we’ll assist in contacting the courier to locate or replace your order if possible.
Refunds (If Approved)
